1. Strategic Role Financial Planning & Analyst
Job Description
- Analyze corporate's financial condition through reports and data and by analyzing business trends to give recommendations
- Identifying areas in the company's financial structure that can be improved
- Creating an annual budgeting process and producing regular forecasts
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and strategic planning efforts. Evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of proposed projects, new product launches, and strategic initiatives through robust financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning
- Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6+ years experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial planning software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively to non-financial

2. R&D Packaging Development Staff
Responsibilities
- Design and rejuvenate the packaging, including selecting the packaging materials based on durability and cost-effectiveness.
- Schedule the timeline NPL based on target product launching from the marketing team.
- Conduct the trial of packaging machines at plants by coordinating with the Technical Support team.
- Select and ensure the packaging material by selecting suppliers according to spec and price, material procurement, and packaging material samples.
- Identify and implement improvements to packaging processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Packaging Development within the Consumer Goods industry (preferably in the Baked Goods product category).
- Proficiency in CAD software and other packaging design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in our Head Office (WU Tower) in Bandung, West Java.
3. Drafter & Estimator, Architecture, Civil & MEP
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least have 3 years of working experience as drafter in construction field.
- Expert in using supporting software, software, AutoCAD, Sketchup Project Schedule, Real Estimate of Cost.
- Have an understanding of Architectural BOQ (Bill Of Quantity), working drawings, civil & MEP.
- Domiciled in Bandung will be an advantage.
Responsibilites:
- Drafting and Design: Create 2D and 3D drawings, layouts and schematics using computer aided design (CAD) software, developing detailed drawings for Architect, Civil & MEP.
- Technical Specifications: Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents to accurately represent project details in working drawings. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Working together with internal or external parties, to understand design requirements, discuss technical aspects, and incorporate feedback into drawings. Collaborate with other designers and team members to coordinate design into the overall project.
- Quality Assurance: Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards. Perform quality checks on images and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members, contractors, and vendors to convey design intent, resolve design issues, and coordinate implementation of project drawings. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
4. Property Design Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of architects and drafters. Provide guidance on design concepts, technical aspects, and project execution. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Work closely with the design team to develop innovative and functional design concepts. Ensure designs align with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct design reviews, inspections, and evaluations to ensure the quality and integrity of design deliverables. Implement corrective actions as needed to address design discrepancies or deficiencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design process. Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and make adjustments to designs based on client input.
- Monitor resource allocations, optimize resource utilization, and ensure projects are delivered within time constraints.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with design projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and proactive measures to address project uncertainties and minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire, motivate, and guide the design team. Effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and track project progress effectively.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and client management. Ability to understand and address client needs, preferences, and feedback.
